Privacy Policy

Last updated July 9, 2026

This is the privacy notice ("Privacy Notice") for Call Sadie, operated by SkyHighMedia. It explains how we collect and use information through (i) Sadie, our AI phone receptionist that answers calls and sets appointments; (ii) a Subscriber dashboard and applications integrated with a Subscriber's existing systems (collectively, the "Application"); and (iii) callsadie.com and other websites or online channels we own or operate (collectively, the "Site") (altogether, with the Site and Application, the "Services"). Use of our Services is also subject to our Terms of Service.

This Privacy Notice does not apply to our Subscribers' collection or use of Personal Information through our Services. Callers should contact the business they called for privacy support related to that call.

Call Sadie may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. We will notify you about material changes through the Services or by email. Questions about this notice can be directed to contact@speakos.ai.

1. Subscribers and Callers

This Privacy Notice does not apply to data collected by a third party, including the subscribing businesses that use Sadie to answer or make calls on their behalf (our "Subscribers"). Call Sadie provides the Services to our Subscribers, and each Subscriber determines how it uses the data collected from their Callers through the Services. Callers should contact the Subscriber they called with any questions about that Subscriber's own privacy practices.

2. "Personal Information" Defined

As used in this Privacy Notice, "Personal Information" is information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked with a particular individual or device, such as:

  • Identifiers (e.g., name, email, phone number, address, username)
  • Sensitive information (e.g., voice recordings, precise geolocation, health information referenced in a call)
  • Commercial information (e.g., services purchased or requested)
  • Internet or similar activity (e.g., browsing history, content interactions on the Site)
  • Inferences drawn from the above to describe preferences or characteristics

Information that is publicly available, aggregated, or de-identified so it cannot reasonably be linked back to an individual is not treated as Personal Information.

3. Collection and Use of Personal Information

Call Sadie collects and uses Personal Information only as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, and only with consent, a legitimate interest, or as required by law.

Collected from our Subscribers. When a Subscriber registers to use our Services, we collect business information such as name, email, and phone number to create and support the Account. Subscribers authorize Call Sadie to collect data from the Subscriber's website and other online sources to train Sadie for their business, and may choose to connect calendar, CRM, or other software to enable enhanced Services. The Subscriber is responsible for ensuring they are authorized to share any Personal Information with us for this purpose.

Collected from Callers on behalf of a Subscriber. Sadie collects Personal Information from Callers on behalf of our Subscribers:

  • Callers may share contact information and the contents of their message; Sadie uses this to generate requested outputs, such as booking an appointment on the Subscriber's calendar or sending an SMS confirmation.
  • Sadie collects and analyzes a Caller's voice to understand and process their request, and to detect when human intervention may be necessary.
  • A CALLER'S CONVERSATION WITH SADIE MAY BE ACCESSIBLE TO CALL SADIE OR OUR SERVICE PROVIDERS IN REAL TIME, for quality and safety monitoring. By interacting with Sadie, Callers consent to this access. If a Caller does not consent, they should not continue the call.

Call Sadie processes this information as a service provider to our Subscribers, in accordance with our contracts with them or as permitted by law. The Subscriber is responsible for giving Callers notice and obtaining any legally required consent for this processing.

Call Recordings and Transcripts. Calls with Sadie are recorded for quality assurance, to support the Subscriber's use of the Services, and to improve our AI models. Recordings and transcripts belong to the Subscriber, not Call Sadie, and the Subscriber determines how long they are retained. If a Subscriber's configuration notifies Callers that a call is being recorded, staying on the line after the notice constitutes consent to the recording.

Payments. Call Sadie does not collect, store, or process payment information. Any payments between a Subscriber and its Callers are handled by a third-party, PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor subject to that processor's own terms.

Children's Privacy. The Services are designed for use by adults. If we discover that a child under 16 has provided us with Personal Information directly, we will delete it. Contact contact@speakos.ai if you believe this has occurred.

Your Communications with Us. If you contact Call Sadie as a prospective Subscriber or Site visitor, we collect the Personal Information needed to respond to your inquiry and, with your consent, to send you related marketing communications.

Site and Application Use. We may automatically collect technical data from your use of the Site or Application, including IP address, browser type, device information, and usage details, along with data from cookies used to understand how visitors interact with the Site.

4. Disclosing Personal Information

Call Sadie discloses Personal Information to the following categories of recipients, as needed to operate the Services or as required by law:

  • Our Subscribers — Personal Information collected as a service provider belongs to the Subscriber and is made available to them for their own use.
  • Our Service Providers — including cloud hosting, telephony, AI model, analytics, and email providers, bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • Law enforcement and other government agencies, as required by law.
  • Other third parties, as permitted by law — for example, in connection with a business transition such as a merger or acquisition.

Call Sadie does not sell Personal Information, and does not share Personal Information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose aggregated or de-identified data without restriction, such as to improve our AI models.

5. Retention of Personal Information

As a service provider to our Subscribers, Call Sadie retains Personal Information about Callers until the Subscriber deletes it or instructs us to do so. Subscriber Account data is retained while the Account is active and deleted 30 days after cancellation. Personal Information on our marketing lists is retained until you opt out or it no longer serves a business purpose.

6. Third-Party Services

The Services may link to or integrate with services offered by third parties, such as Cal.com, Google Calendar, or your CRM. Call Sadie has no control over the privacy practices of these third parties, and you should review their own privacy notices.

7. Privacy Controls

  • Privacy Requests. Callers should direct privacy requests to the Subscriber they contacted. Subscribers and Site visitors can contact contact@speakos.ai to exercise privacy rights, ask questions, or lodge a complaint.
  • Emails from Call Sadie. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link provided in each email; we will still send support emails related to your Account.
  • Texts from Call Sadie. You can unsubscribe from text messages by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE.
  • Your Device Settings. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
  • Do Not Track. Our systems do not currently respond to browser "do-not-track" signals.

The Services are not currently marketed or intended for Subscribers or Callers located outside of the United States or Canada. Subscribers are prohibited from making the Services available to Callers in other jurisdictions.

If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those of your home country.

10. Data Security

Call Sadie maintains reasonable security measures designed to protect Personal Information from accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. Data is stored with encryption in a cloud environment, and our service providers are contractually bound to comparable security protections. We cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet; any such transmission is at the risk of the person initiating it.
